Now Broadcasting: MAAP & Public Possession Collaborate On A Limited Apparel Drop
06:00 BST / 07:00 CET 26th August, Melbourne & Munich - Go slow, good rider. It’s fun to ride a bike! Following their recent collaboration with HOKA, MAAP has teamed up with Public Possession for a limited apparel drop. Conceived between Melbourne and München, the collection is inspired by the shared frequencies of cycling and sound, drawing on MAAP’s progressive approach to performance and design in cycling and Public Possession’s musical history and graphic-forward designs.

The collection combines on and off bike apparel, mixing MAAP’s technical performance with Public Possession’s playful, genre bending, design-driven energy.
Founded in 2012 by Valentino Betz and Marvin Schuhmann, Public Possession is a globally recognised record label and retail space that thrives at the intersection of music, text, and visual culture. MAAP, meanwhile, is Melbourne’s go-to for cycling apparel that fuses race-ready performance with street-level style. Together, they tuned into the same frequency: music and motion, riding in tempo.
Misha Glisovic, MAAP's Chief Creative Officer said of the collaboration:
Public Possession blend music, parties, pasta, wine, art and design. At MAAP, we're all huge fans of the record label and what they create. We wanted to see what happens when we throw cycling into the mix. Music + Bikes = Fun.
The result is a collection just at home on the ride or at the afters. There are off-bike and on-bike products that work just as well for the cross-town commute, post-ride spaghetti or even a night of record spinning. Wear it to the café, the gig, the gallery, or even your second cousin’s roller disco birthday brunch. Built for comfort, designed with flair, and made to keep you moving.
Marvin Schuhmann of Public Possession added:
We first met Misha and the rest of the MAAP crew last Autumn and have been having fun ever since... At Public Possession we've always enjoyed working with performance-driven brands that are open to changing perceptions by bringing in new ideas and we're happy to share a collection dedicated to the various ways of moving on two wheels, everyday all day from A to B,C... a utility.
Off-bike apparel consists of Tees, Crews and Hoodies, all in Public Possession’s signature unisex relaxed fit. While accessories include 6 Panel Caps and an Oversized Tote Bag.
