Cinelli Enters a New Chapter with MBH Bank CSB Telecom Fort Pro Team
Milan, Italy - 13th January: The 2026 season marks a major milestone for Cinelli as the Italian performance cycling lifestyle brand steps up to the UCI ProTeam level for the first time, supporting the newly named MBH Bank CSB Telecom Fort Pro Team.
Now entering its seventh consecutive season as technical sponsor, Cinelli will equip the team with a full fleet of high-performance race bikes, led by the all-new Aeroscoop alongside the proven Pressure II, a model that has delivered numerous victories in recent seasons.
The move from Continental to ProTeam level represents a significant step forward for both Cinelli and the team, opening the door to competition at some of the world’s most prestigious races. While the roster and team identity evolve for 2026, Cinelli remains a constant partner, bringing cutting-edge performance, distinctive design, and Italian racing heritage to the highest level yet of the project.
Aero Performance Meets Cinelli Design
To mark the team’s elevation, riders will race on custom Team Edition Aeroscoop frames, a bike already recognised for its advanced aerodynamic performance. Designed with a focus on efficiency and speed, the Aeroscoop has earned a reputation as one of the most competitive aero road platforms in its class.
For 2026, Cinelli pairs that performance with a bold new aesthetic. The Team Edition design draws inspiration from an iconic Cinelli mountain bike of the past, known for its striking optical paintwork. The vivid pink contrast graphics originated from an unexpected moment in the paint process, when a decal carrier failed to peel away resulting in a distinctive look that is indicative of Cinelli’s creativity.
Alongside the Aeroscoop, riders will also have access to the Cinelli Pressure II, a race-proven all-rounder that has underpinned the team’s success across multiple seasons.

A Long-Standing Italian Partnership
“This season marks an important step for both Cinelli and the team as ambitions grow and we move up to ProTeam level,” said Victor Luis, Chairman & CEO of Cinelli. “The Aeroscoop gives riders an extra weapon—combining top-level aerodynamic performance with a fresh, unmistakably Cinelli look. We’re proud to continue this long-standing partnership and to tell the team’s stories from the road in our own creative way.”
The MBH Bank CSB Telecom Fort Pro Team has long maintained a strong Italian core, closely linked with one of the most culturally influential brands in global cycling. That DNA remains intact for 2026, with an Italian-majority roster including former Giro d’Italia stage winner Fausto Masnada.
Antonio Bevilacqua, Team Manager of MBH Bank CSB Telecom Fort Pro Team, added:“Our partnership with Cinelli spans six years and is built on trust, continuous dialogue, and shared development. Together we have achieved more than 200 victories, including Filippo Baroncini’s World Championship title and Juan Ayuso’s Giro d’Italia Under 23 win. Today we begin a new chapter, strengthened by an even more solid relationship and a shared vision for the future.”
First Public Appearance
The MBH Bank CSB Telecom Fort Pro Team Edition Aeroscoop will be on public display this weekend at Velofollies in Kortrijk, Belgium, before making its race debut at the team’s opening events later this month.
