Viva! I Want To To* Ride My Bicycle: MAAP & Public Possession. Listen Up.

18th August, Melbourne, Australia - Here is the highly anticipated Volume II of the collaboration between Australian cycling brand MAAP & Munich based Music and clothing label Public Possession. See + feel how they further explore the worlds of cycling, sounds, graphics and subculture to form one big, fun cosmos. It’s all part of life! Jumble up. Viva! In other words: “The union of international cyclists is on the road and off schedule. Looking for light & vision. In the end the village starts to dance. Viva!”

Misha Glisovic, MAAP’s Chief Creative Officer

“This one’s louder, looser and more fun. A proper mash-up of MAAP and Public Possession, performance without taking any of it too seriously.”

Marvin Schuhmann, Co-Founder of Public Possession:

“We absolutely love working with MAAP. This collection is dedicated to childhood memories & travelling. Picking up signs & symbols on the road, listening to music, biking down the hills. It’s all a big mix!”

*What’s wrong with the headline? At first glance, seemingly nothing. But, with closer reading the repetition of the word T O becomes obvious. Because we generally read rapidly in word patterns rather than slowly a word at a time, it is easy for the eye to skip over the extra T O and register the familiar phrase correctly. As illustrated on the graphic tee in the MAAP.P.P. capsule.

The collection will be available from maap.cc, publicpossession.com, the Public Possession Munich store, and MAAP LaB retail stores around the globe. To mark the launch and to showcase their shared love of music, MAAP & Public Possession have created a mix that is available on Soundcloud here
