Ride Live with US Pro Triathlete Sam Long on ROUVY This Sunday
April 2025, Prague - Professional triathlete Sam Long has linked up with indoor cycling partner ROUVY to host a social ride this Sunday 27th April, on a segment of the iconic IRONMAN 70.3 St George virtual course. ROUVY users can join Sam on the app and via a live stream as he takes on one final virtual recon of the bike leg just weeks before race day itself, offering a unique opportunity to get first-hand insight into the course from the two-time IRONMAN 70.3 St George champion.
The social ride, hosted on ROUVY and featuring an interactive online live chat, will begin at 19:00 GMT+2 before covering key sections of the race course. Known for its breathtaking desert scenery and challenging climbs, the St. George route has long been a favorite amongst pros and age-groupers alike - especially poignant as this marks the town's final year hosting the event. During the ride, participants will have the chance to chat with Sam via Instagram Live, where they can ask training and racing questions, and enjoy a casual spin ahead of race day.
