Produced Only on Demand, With 0 Waste: ASSOS of Switzerland partners with One Garment At a Time

14th April, Stabio - ASSOS of Switzerland, the performance cycling apparel brand, announces a new partnership with OGAT (One Garment At a Time), the Venice-based brand and leader in responsible on-demand printing. Together, they introduce the One Garment At a Time jersey, a run of the ASSOS Equipe/Dyora racing jersey that eliminates waste and overproduction.

The OGAT collaboration challenges traditional production methods. Rather than forecasting demand and producing at scale, ASSOS and OGAT begin with a minimal initial assortment. From that point forward, real customer demand determines everything, right from production quantities to timing.

In an industry defined by overproduction and excess inventory, ASSOS is the first major cycling apparel brand to demonstrate that an alternative to mass production is possible. The OGAT Special Edition jersey and ongoing partnership represent a commitment to long-term impact: on resources, on people, and on the meaning of the product itself.

Each jersey and specific future garments will be produced only after an order. The result of this is no minimum order quantity, no excess stock, and no overproduction. Every garment is then manufactured by OGAT in Italy using advanced technologies powered entirely by certified renewable energy, and delivered within one week from purchase.

At the core of the collaboration is the ASSOS Equipe/Dyora R jersey, engineered with ultralight AirCell fabric featuring an open hexagonal structure for maximum breathability. Constructed with a second-skin, aerodynamic fit, it delivers uncompromising performance. The jersey is available in six exclusive colourways developed specifically for the collaboration, each featuring bold visuals and typography that contrast with the ultralight textile of the jersey.
