Lee Cougan Introduces The Flö - It's First Avinox Powered Enduro E-Bike
April 8th, Bassano, Italy - Italian mountain bike manufacturer Lee Cougan has today launched the Flö. A new, Avinox-powered Enduro e-bike. The Lee Cougan Flö marks a new chapter for the brand, evolving decades of race-proven engineering into the ultimate enduro e-bike.
Rather than starting from zero, Flö is built on the core principles and suspension platforms that our professional racing teams have tested and perfected. This evolution is the result of a powerful collaboration with industry leaders such as Avinox, RockShox and Ursus.

The Science of Flö
Like every Lee Cougan full-suspension mountain bike, the Flö focuses suspension and transmission forces at the frame’s lowest point. This strategic concentration minimizes weight while maximizing stiffness and power transfer. With a lower center of gravity, the Flö offers a more planted, intuitive ride that feels like an extension of the rider.
Strength-to-Weight Ratio
Flö features a full-carbon chassis that tips the scales at a mere 2.5 kg (Size M, including hardware). By achieving the lightest frame weight in its category, we haven’t just shed grams, we’ve redefined the strength-to-weight ratio. The result is a surgical level of stiffness that translates every pedal stroke into pure, explosive momentum.
The RockShox Collaboration
We partnered with RockShox to co-develop a custom suspension soul for the Flö, featuring a bespoke tune for the RockShox Super Deluxe (205×62.5mm).
On the trail, the bike is supple enough to erase small chatter, yet supportive enough to pop off jumps and soak up the biggest hits. It’s a seamless connection between you and the dirt, giving you the confidence to stay in the “flow” longer.
The Mullet / 29" Flip Chip
The Flö is delivered in a Mullet setup, giving you the perfect balance of a fast-rolling 29” front wheel for clearing obstacles and a nimble 27.5” rear for snappy, aggressive cornering.
Prefer pure rolling speed? Use the integrated Flip Chip to switch to a full 29er configuration easily. It’s the ultimate versatility, ensuring your bike is perfectly dialled for any terrain.

Engineered to keep you in the rhythm regardless of the grade, the Flö integrates an Avinox power unit to redefine what’s possible on a climb. Technical ascents become as fluid as the descents. Backing it all is a high-capacity 800 Wh battery, ensuring your flow lasts as long as your ambition does.

- Modern Enduro Fit. Designed for total control. The Flö features a short seat tube for maximum knee clearance on technical terrain, while optimized seatpost insertion across all sizes ensures a perfect fit for every rider.
- High-Speed Stability. Aggressive and balanced. A slack 64° head tube angle, paired with a long reach and short stem, provides rock-solid stability when charging high-speed descents.
- Climbing Efficiency. Power without the struggle. The steep 77° seat tube angle places the rider in the optimal position for efficient pedalling and front-wheel traction on steep, technical climbs.

The Lee Cougan Flö will be one of the first bikes to feature the new M2S Drive Unit from Avinox. With 1300W of peak power and 130 Nm of torque, surging to 150 Nm in Boost Mode, the new Avinox M2S is set to redefine the gold standard of electronically assisted mountain bikes.
