Lee Cougan Announces The Innova Super Gravel
Fast. Flow. Adventure.
3rd April, Bassano del Grappa - Gravel riding has always been about pushing boundaries - but what happens when the limits themselves start to feel too restrictive? What if the terrain demands more than a traditional gravel bike can deliver, yet speed and agility still matter?
Enter the Innova Super Gravel - an entirely new category of drop-bar bikes built to break through barriers. The Super Gravel isn’t here to replace gravel bikes; it’s here to redefine what’s possible. It’s for riders who refuse to be constrained, for those who want speed where it counts, fluidity when the trail gets wild, and boundless adventure no matter where the road takes them.
With 100 mm of front suspension, 30 mm of rear travel and the ability to conquer everything from technical trails, fast gravel and multi-day explorations, the Innova Super Gravel is more than just a new model - it’s a reimagining of what a gravel bike can be.

A Bike Built to Answer Every Question
Every gravel rider has faced those moments of doubt:
• Which bike do you choose for your next adventure?
• Has a bike ever held you back from going further?
• What’s a “wrong trail” if your bike can handle anything?
The Innova Super Gravel answers these questions with Fast. Flow. Adventure.
Tech Highlights
ISS: Innova Structural Suspension – A Pioneering Evolution
Imagine a bike frame that absorbs shocks, not by adding a traditional shock absorber, but by making the frame itself flex in response to the terrain. That’s the Innova Super Gravel. The tapered carbon chainstays are designed to flex under stress, providing 30 mm of travel, while the frame geometry and oil pistons work together to dampen energy to the ground. This system provides improved traction and reduces energy loss during the thrust phase, creating a perfect blend of vertical flexion and torsional rigidity. And it’s all accomplished without the weight of a traditional shock absorber. (Patent pending)

A geometry designed to deliver both agility at low speeds, while ensuring stability and precision at high speeds, thanks to:

Super Gravel Pioneers
Mattia De Marchi. Fast. Flow.
As a current Life Time Grand Prix pro rider, Mattia discovered off-road riding after years of professional competition on the road bike. With a diverse background in gravel racing and long-distance events, he’s honed his skills and sharpened his competitive edge. His notable victories include multiple wins at the Traka and a 5th place finish at Unbound Gravel 2024. Mattia was also one of the first to adopt the Innova Super Gravel in his attempt to break the record at the 2024 Atlas Mountain Race. The bike's versatility allowed him to tackle everything—from maximizing aero efficiency on flat sections to confidently handling long, technical descents with added comfort. The ability to switch hand positions on the bars and the front and rear shock provided much-needed relief during the gruelling race.
Stefano Mantegazza. Flow. Adventure.
Stefano is a pioneer of bike adventures, merging his love for mountaineering with his passion for product development and technical innovation. A trailblazer in Europe’s off-road scene, he’s participated in iconic events like the Tuscany Trail and Carso Trail, helping shape the growth of trail racing across the continent. He’s also completed the Transcontinental twice. Today, he rides simply for the joy of exploration, tackling the rugged beauty of the Dolomites on his Innova Super Gravel. For Stefano, the bike’s ability to amplify his rides without restrictions is what sets it apart.
