Bikebook iceBike* Seminar Preview - Improving Workshop Management Processes

30th January, Brighton: With the 2025 edition of iceBike*, Madison's annual in-house trade shows, nearly upon us, workshop management software provider Bikebook shares some insight into what visitors can expect from its seminars across both North and South shows this month.

Bikebook co-founder Jake Fieldsend will be hosting a discussion at each event covering the practical benefits of using modern software in a bike shop or bike repair business. These seminars will focus on the benefits of transitioning from a manual diary or inappropriate software to a specialised workshop management solution.

Fieldsend commented: “We’re on a mission to level up the cycling retail trade by bringing internal processes up to date with the latest technology and software. iceBike* is a great opportunity for us not just to showcase how simple it can be to completely revolutionise their systems, saving heaps of time and money, but also to hear directly from the trade where their own pinch points are to keep providing software innovations.”

More specifically, the seminar will cover improving efficiency and staff productivity, enhancing customer experience through communication, inventory management and supplier integration, business growth and value, and giving retailers and bicycle workshops a competitive advantage.

Workshop by bikebook offers a comprehensive solution to manage bookings, inventory, payments, and more – all in one place. Saving time, increasing revenues, and elevating customer satisfaction. Since its launch in 2024, over 200 workshops and retailers have adopted the software to revolutionise their workshop management processes.

Jake Fieldsend will be leading the Workshop by bikebook seminars at Manchester Velodrome on Sunday 9th and Monday 10th February from 12:40 - 13:00. Following that, the seminar will be repeated at Lee Valley Velopark on Thursday 13th and Friday 14th from 12:40 - 13:00.
