27th February, The Hague, BBB Cycling, the Dutch brand of bicycle parts, components, and accessories, announced a sponsorship extension with the world's leading professional cycling team, Team Visma |Lease A Bike.

BBB Cycling is part of Pon.Bike, which is involved with multiple brands in the team and has thus built up a strong history as an official supplier to the team. As such, all riders of Team Visma | Lease a Bike will now use BBB Cycling's DiscGuard mudguards during training in variable weather. In addition, the team's High Performance Center in Den Bosch has a product budget to spend at its own discretion.

The DiscGuard is a game-changer for fenders on disc brake bikes. The full coverage design ensures maximum protection while its quick release attachment ​ ​ system and adjustability in both angle and height ensure a perfect bit for any road bike, including the Team Visma | Lease a Bike fleet of Grand Tour winning Cervelo’s.

Sustainability is a key part of BBB’s approach to design and the brand aims to use recycled and sustainable materials wherever possible. The DiscGuard is a prime example of this, consisting of 75% GRS-certified material that is made from recycled polypropylene plastics.
